I've reinstalled WRC for a couple of times, it wont open

I've done every POSSIBLE fix on this thing, windowed, -dx11, all the steps, none

I have an R5 3600 and RTX 3060

Before the update everything works fine, gpu drivers updated, even resulted to install old drivers (cause I thought it would fix it) it did not as well

We have a possible league in our country so I need to open and get seat time in this game please
