I have reached 5500 points for the anniversary rewards but I realized the items are not checked and for the past two days I can not progress and it will not give me my rewards. There is no point in playing if I can't get the stuff I earned and it isn't going to progress either way. I have tried on steam, EA app, and console and they are all stuck. I even reinstalled apex and that didn't help either

Same. Can't progress further than 5500 points and get the last reward with Valk skin and banner frame. Anniversary challenges are not counting after the completion.
Stuck at 3,000 points for nearly a week now.

Same. I'm stuck at 4500 points. tried switching modes restarting etc etc no luck.

Update: seeing we got crossplay & progress i tryed to up the score on the playstation but with the same result its stuck.Adding my voice to the list of others having the issue. Stuck at 4500 and not progressing.

I have been stuck at 4k for 5 days almost and my friend who is new to the game has had no issues at all. I really want the banners from 4500.
I am stuck at 5k points. At the time I was stuck (before I knew I was stuck) I did some calculations and figured I could finally get all the event items (meaning I would finally get some heirloom) if I purchased some from my built up Apex Coins and Materials. So I dropped 3400 Apex Coins and somewhere around 38k materials. I only have 5 items left before I get everything for this event. I will be furious if I spent all that and cannot progress through to get the eventual heirloom. Been playing this game since Day 1 and never went for a full event pack... and the one time I finally do, this happens :(
