open apex from steam, it told me to login on server screen (it was normal, usually happen, already several times)
but today, when i login my account just go back to lvl 1 as new account

im still trying get help from them myself, i was hoping if i interact with your post it will help get ur post noticed by others. Ive been trying to resume my case on EA help but it wont go through. Not giving up though too much money for it to be lost
