All Unlocked Legends and Skins missing after reinstall

Good afternoon. I recently decided to pick apex back up after a couple months and when logging into my account with all my legends, skins, and items; I immediately noticed all my skins and unlocked legends where gone. the only thing that stayed was my rank and my items such as shards and a very small number of skins I had unlocked. I had started playing on PC. Transitioned over to Xbox, then back to PC again and had no issue previously with my account data. After the newest update all my data is missing from my account and it's gone without a trace whatsoever. If anyone has a fix to this issue or a way to resolve this, please reach out to me because this is really disheartening as a long-time player of Apex.
