Game just keeps loading the home screen
Guys, the game just stays on this screen spinning endlessly, I did a clean install, I cleared everything from appdata and nothing

I didn't find a solution to play on Steam, I already formatted the computer and it didn't work :(
i have same problem here
It still doesn't work on Steam, but it's working normally on the EA APP, what could it be?
