If the game continues closing before you're even getting through to the lobby and you're not seeing an error message of any kind, it's likely there is some other program or process running that's preventing the launch.
I see you're playing through Steam, and while this article mentions the EA app, you can follow the same steps and suggestions to check for anything that may be interfering in this case. The one change to note will be that if you're adding Apex as an exception, you'll of course want to make sure Steam is added rather than EA app and double-check the install path.
