I’m trying to link my EA account to Steam, but I keep getting a message saying it’s already connected to the same Steam account. However, when I launch Apex through Steam, it doesn’t recognize the link and asks me to link the account again. When I do that in the Apex/EA app, I get the same error and end up stuck in a loop. I can’t access my linked account through Steam because of this.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to directly help with account-related problems like yours here on the forums. Please contact EA Help and the team there, as they have the right tools and records to work with you and investigate this issue.
In the meantime, since it seems your Steam account has been linked, there's a possibility that it's connected to a different EA account. It may be worth trying to log in to your EA account with a different login method to see if the Steam account has been linked there.
