Ranked Challenges Reset

OK SO ITS LIKE 5-6 TIME I HAVE COMPLETED THESE CHALLENGES BUT THEY KEEPS ON GETTING RESET LIKE I AM LVL 32 NOW HOW MUCH MORE LEVEL DO I NEED PLEASE FIX THIS BUG ITS ANNOYING THAT OTHER CAN PLAY RANKED BUT I CAN NOT (IN MY FRIEND CIRCLE)

I have completed the squad training part of the road to ranked challenges twice now and they have reset both times. It is getting to a point i’m about to delete the game because i am spending hours on these challenges just for them to amount to nothing

I am extremely disappointed with the current experience.

I decided to challenge ranked mode and successfully completed the “Path to Ranked” missions. While checking my progress, the download was slow, so I closed the game once and reopened it. To my surprise, all the missions I had completed were suddenly marked as incomplete.

Is it your intention to prevent new players from participating in ranked matches?

Being forced to repeat the same missions over and over without any real progress toward ranked mode is frustrating and feels like a complete waste of time.

Please provide a clear and satisfactory response on how you will compensate for the time I have lost due to this issue. I look forward to your prompt reply.

Right there with you. I’ve completed the “squad training” challenges in road to ranked twice now and they reset both times. Thats a day of gameplay (about 9 hours) plus the 4 i spent this morning for it to amount to nothing 

I’m trying to complete the road to ranked challenges but the “Craft 5 times at a replicator” challenge in Squad Training isn’t recording any progress which means I can’t finish the challenges and get into ranked.

Please fix this, it’s infuriating and preventing me from accessing an entire part of the game.

Good morning, I have a problem with the challenges from the ranked games. I can't unlock the ranked mode because the squad training missions keep repeating. After restarting the game, I have to do all the same missions and I've done it over and over again. I need help, thank you for listening. Have a nice day.

honestly such a joke its just happened to me like is it that hard to fix a bug in a game

so what are you lot doing right now have you solved it or are you all just doing the challenges again

Same, my progess resets 2 times now ...
