After finishing a wildcard game my ranked challenges reset when i only needed to hit level 20 to unlock it please fix this im not doing all those challenges again.

I’ve been resetted by these challenges about 6 times now. Completely unacceptable. At this point I’m already lvl 60 Please fix.
Im doing road to ranked quests and I almost finished graduation but when i logged back on they reset and this has happened twice now please help

The problem I'm having is gaining the ability to play rank I did the challenges for road to rank but after a while it reset my progress and I can't gain any it won't let me finish certain missions and I can't play rank what do I do. I completed the Marksman I completed the pistol and I was seven out of 10 for SMGs and one out of 10 for the rifles and I just won a game had enough kills to finish the assault rifle one and no progress my username is nuggy469

All my ranked graduation challenges keep resetting im tired of all the issues I can't transfer over my account from ps5 so all my heirlooms and everything gone now this can't play ranked because of dumb challenges resetting like come on
