Spark bonus not updating

The lack of communication on this is crazy.

Same issue here, asked to open 10 packs to get spark bonus, the game opened 11 packs and did not give me any spark bonus completed and did not get the free pack, tried contacting ea help which is no help can't even resume my case, very disappointing.

Unfortunately, no compensation has been applied to my account for my 11 wasted packs. Given that the status of this ticket is marked as "Fixed," it feels like this whole situation is being swept under the rug for all of us who opened packs while the counter was broken.

EA_Mako- Can you please revert the status from "Fixed" to "Under Investigation" to reflect that this is being investigated for cases such as mine where we essentially threw away packs while the glitch was active? Alternatively, another issue tracker thread with the sole purpose of tracking the pack compensation would work.

This is fixed, as in the issue will no longer occur.

We're still looking into the matter of packs that were spent during this time and will update the thread to resolved once it's fully resolved. Thanks for the patience.

The bug has been fixed and we have our free pack now🙌 Thanks to the people who told it to the team and got us our packs!!!
