Unable to connect to EA servers [Code Anti-Cheat Authentication Time Out]

Hello, i was facing the same problem, but found solution on EA-forums.
The only thing that helped me after 6 hours of seeking info was this:

Open cmd as an administrator, and then run the following three codes one by one:

• certutil -generateSSTFromWU roots.sst
• certutil -addstore -f root roots.sst
• del roots.sst

a guy in there pretty much summed up what was the issue
