FIXED/RESOLVED:
While it did not work with my wired internet initially. I tried disconnecting and hotspotting my PC via my mobile and launching the game, then when it gets to the spinning circle it prompted me to login to my EA account and let me in!!!!
Then when I go back to wired internet it works completely fine!!!
So it must be an issue with authenticating accounts that havent migrated to EA app maybe ? Idk! but this worked for me goodluck out there
