Wattson Pylon not healing after using a shield cell

When fighting a team naturally you place a pylon for cover and shield however when the pylon is down and you pop a shield cell the pylon will simply reach the next shield bar (post cell) and stop healing even if the pylon still has juice and stops healing until you exit the range and re-enter (from what i can tell but even this is inconsistent)
I noticed this a few years back when her Pylon was reworked off of a timer (season 9ish) and expected after taking 2 years out (14 - 24) It would be fixed.
I hope this can be fixed relatively soon as this is something she suffers from quite a bit for team support.
