Battle Pickup weapons missing

Not my first time reporting this bug.

Do any devs know that Battle Pickup weapons have disappeared since December? Nothing spawns when capturing objective in Conquest or Esacalation. But I have seen them functioning normally in recent Labs test.

Is it broken or just limited time items exclusive for California events? Can we at least get an update or explanation on this?
