Black Screen + Flashing red an blue , Flames causing green screen

I was playing fine all day today until the last game i went down an got revived the instantly black screened but could move an shoot (was going by sound) when i died an came back it was flashing blue an red colors , this went on the whole game.... When there was a flame anywhere it would make the whole screen green making me then rage quit an come onto here to see if i was the only one having this issue (which im not ) i hope this was a first an last for this bug
