contacted EA since launch; no assistance. TWITCH BETA DROPS

as the title says: EA live chat support has been no help in getting my drops applied. they just have a long scripted conversation with me making it clear they don’t actually read what you’re saying, and then after their script has run out they just mark the case ticket as fixed and close it. I NEED MY DROPS!
