Defibrillator discharges automatically sometimes

When you place a gadget on the battlefield whilst equipped with the defibrillator, it discharges automatically without you pressing the button, and sometimes destroys the gadgets you’ve just placed, such as the grenade deflector or the supply box. And you end up losing one of your precious defibrillator charges.
