Fix Scoreboard and BF pro bonus and missing stuff!!!!! Yesterday!!!

We paid for the game, fix the bugs you introduced afterwards. Work on your game, or nobody will play it anymore. Don't you see that players are getting increasingly frustrated and ratings are plummeting (Just look at how many posts there are about bugs, cheaters, etc. Read them!)? If you're unable to fix it, then communicate this and tell paying players what to expect, instead of staying silent.

There are a lot of cheaters, hit registration problems, etc. sind months!

The unilateral change to the portal servers, while at the same time there are tons of players who have all weapons/vehicles over level 50 and a K/D of up to 56 lol.

Unbeatable Challenges (SQDM and BR)...BR challenges for BF6 player....

And now we have queues again because you reduced the server capacity to save costs; otherwise, the queues are inexplicable. We had them at release and now again, even though the player numbers have dropped significantly.

During the beta phase and befor, they said: "We hear you, we're developing the game with you." And now, with every update, every bonus, it's just bugs, bugs, bugs, and you're going on vacation instead of helping paying customers.

A few weeks ago they said, "We hear you and read your posts. bla blub" Nothing has happened.

- Unbinding Mouse didn't help me.
- Why hasn't the purchase option been removed from the Battlefield Pro bonus?!? It's a scam because people think they have to buy it, even though it's a bug.
- Where are my Twitch Beta Drops, the Versatile Soldier skin from Twitch (which I paid for), and the Loyalty skin?!?!?! Three tickets have been closed by EA Help. I sent screenshots to show that the error is on your end. Countless comments and posts here and on the EA forums, and nothing for over three months.

This is poor work and you should be ashamed of this support, sorry but the sheer number of bugs is unacceptable.

    For over three months, I (our) have received no help with my issue, and all my tickets have been closed. Apparently, everything, including my screenshots, was forwarded to the developers, but there's been no feedback. Neither the Steam forum, nor here, nor EA Help has provided any useful assistance or information.

    Unfortunately, my request to send my screenshots to EA_Pythia​  doesn't seem to have helped either. I haven't received any further response.

    All I want are my Twitch Beta Drops, the loyalty skin (Sprin Rein), and the Versatile skin (which I paid for via Twitch – strangely, I have the other drops from that day). Like many others, I was only able to unlock the first three items in the Battlefield Pro bonus path. It can't be that difficult to understand all of this, especially with my screenshots. If I needed anything else, I could have just said so. It seems to me like this is a nuisance for the developers, and they're just going to wait it out until no one else complains.

    But I'm still very disappointed with the support. I also find it weak that, for example, there's been absolutely no news about the problem with the BF Pro bonus path. There's also no information about whether the developers are still on holiday or what the current status is regarding bugs like the scoreboard.

    (i think there is a bug for Steam users not receving stuff and the link between Steam and ea account)
