High Ping, VPN Abuse, and Broken Netcode After the Latest Patch

Here’s a picture where I simply played using a VPN and had a ping of around 110 (to prove the VPN situation). That round was by far the easiest round of all time — you don’t even have to try to get kills. In normal matches without a VPN, you have to try incredibly hard.

High-ping players have way too much of an advantage. Fix it Dice!

I wondered why I kept seeing so many players from USA, Australia and New Zealand on EU servers even Japanese earlier. It makes the game unplayable which is a shame as I have been playing since the first labs session.

It’s absolutely insane — once you try it yourself, you quickly realize what a massive advantage it gives you. Going 70/4 in matches is no problem at all. But this shouldn’t be part of the game. To me, this is clear cheating.

the dying game is making people look to other regions for games, sadly this causes our servers to run badly, EA could quite easily make a max ping/ latency of say 25 and that would fix it, but they simply dont care, they have your money
