Missing BF Labs Rewards

Potentially people in this thread may be the same as me, where you haven't reached the time required, but it'll be obtainable in the future.

Same thing on PC-Steam.

I participated in Pre-Alpha Server Performance Test in 2025. I played more than 4 hours in closed BF Labs sessions before the open beta and before launch.

The rewards still haven't appeared, even though I was playing on the same EA account.
