I contacted support again today, but still nothing. They just keep telling me that all the details of my problem have been transferred to the right department and that the team is working on it, and they also urge me to wait a few more days. The only thing that pleases is that the operators are very polite, it's a pity that they have to endure so much negativity because of the developers.
