Scamed with BF Pro Bonus rewards!
11 days have passed and all we got instead of fixing this shameful bug are just empty promises that the developers are aware of the problem. How much longer do we have to wait? But you know what? ...

I had this issue and I had to do a very very dumb way around to fix it.
i bought on Steam, owned on Steam etc. I had to install the free redsec via the EA app, press play and claim rewards on there and it also activated my bonus path and even some other rewards in the mailbox under previous messages, which did not show when loading the exact same game in Steam.
I am not sure why this works but it did for me. Maybe give it ago, I know it’s mind numbingly stupid to install the same game via the app to claim stuff to uninstall and reload on steam.
