I've got nothing of interest to add — But I agree with all the points made here in the thread.
I too waited for a BF Studio/EA rep to confirm they'll sort it, but so far only the incorrect points issue was fixed. No confirmation the bigger problem is being addressed.
Rocky grounds for S2 going forward.
