Shooting from a window or ledge especially in Red Sec

When I shoot people in the head or upper body from a little distance or up close, I hit the ledges of the window or boulders where I am shooting from…??? What kind of bug is this. I am missing out on Tons of easy kills and its get ME killed. Please fix this issue and if this is a feature of the “realism” we dont need it in fps titles…
