Can't control players on online modes

I'm so frustrated with this game , it's literally unplayable.

My game runs just fine on squad battles and rush , but once I play Rivals , Champs, Friendlies, etc. , the game still runs smoothly but I can't control my players and they start running in random straight lines , it's not an issue from my graphics as the game runs smoothly , my internet is fine as well as my controller. Please help me , it's so frustrating.

I tried to contact EA HELP and they always failed to help me.
