After file verification on Steam 3 files fail to verify.

I'm facing a similar issue - the gameplay is extremely slow but the commentary speed is normal. I've reinstalled the game several times and done all that EA customer support has recommended and yet this doesn't seem to fix.

It was working fine and then suddenly one day I started facing this issue. EA customer support also doesn't have an answer for this and their best recommendation was to just post about it on this forum.

Has anyone identified anyway to fix this yet?
