BUG Restricted from using communication blocks access to clubs

Hello,

I recently received a 7-day suspension of communication from Playstation. When I try to enter the Clubs game mode in EA FC 26, I get back to the main menu. When I play on Ultimate Team, I have no problem. 

Can you please investigate this problem ?
