Cannot play Seasons on Xbox Series X

This is the third time I've posted about this and it still isn't fixed. If an opponent powers off their console or disconnects while you're playing/winning a game in Seasons the match is not registered and you do not get the win. In previous years this only happened when cross-play was enabled. But if you turned cross-play off and only played against people using the same console it didn't happen. Now, it happens whether cross-play is enabled or not. THIS MAKES SEASONS COMPLETELY UNPLAYABLE. It happens all the time. It doesn't make sense to play the game.

One of the claims made when promoting the new game was that you'd fixed this issue. However, it is now worse than it was before. In fact, I've never known it to be so bad. 

This issue needs addressing above all others.

Also, when you play Clubs you're constantly shown an error message in the lobby stating there are too many players playing in the same position. So you have to exit and re-enter the lobby or ready-up several times while waiting for others to do the same before you can play.

You keep making little tweaks to the game, like in-game player dynamics or the recent ability to access songs by holding RB but cannot fix the actual game functionality.

I'm using an Xbox Series X with a stable ethernet connection from a mainstream ISP in the UK.
