Clubs AXP event. NEED HELP ASAP!

Cant get any notification or anything in-game that would get or even buy the 35 game AXP booster. I'ts like I have the "old version" of the game. It's been 6 days and still no fix or heard anything from EA. The event is ending tomorrow and I will miss 35 games 2.5 x AXP boosters. What a joke.

    I had a chat with EA Help and they said:

    "Our team has acknowledged the issue and is currently working on a fix. Please don’t worry—this will be resolved soon. We’re just waiting for final confirmation from their end."

    The event is ending tomorrow so this is a joke.
