Connection

I keep getting kicked out of the game with the error message "Unable to connect to EA servers." While playing Rivals, my ping suddenly spikes from 37 ms to 1081 ms whenever I get close to my opponent's side of the field. After halftime, I was disconnected from the match, which caused my rank to drop. This has happened multiple times, and it's extremely frustrating because I'm losing rank due to connection issues rather than my actual gameplay. Please investigate this issue and help resolve it.
