Ea Fc 26 PC 5 second delay bug?

i've cleared my cache, updated & reinstalled drivers, tried different settings and nothing has fixed the problem that occurs in all of my ultimate team games apart from rush for some reason, bought the game a week ago and have had no problems up until yesterday/ today any fixes or suggestions are appreciated thankyou.
