Hello friend, I've been suffering from this problem for a month now and haven't found a solution yet. I tried the app but it didn't work, and I contacted support who said they didn't know. I posted here on the forum but no one cared. Please let me know if you find a solution to this problem. This company is a complete failure.
Seems there is no solution they are just ignoring us. I’ve had it 4 weeks bro, it cannot be claimed or applied on console, companion, web enhancer … nowhere in so tired of asking them for help it seems there is no fix for this evolution bug. I have about 100 packs I can’t open so I feel your pain bro
This company is a complete failure. They only care about money and make empty promises every year. We've lost so many features in the last month alone. It seems they'll fix the problem next year. They should compensate us.
