FC 26 Early Access Tournament Bug

Earlier this week I had played in the early access elimination tournament and I won four games in a row to win the finals, however once I wine the fourth game it showed that I had just won the round of 16 but it also locked me out of the tournament to play for the rest of the day because it thought that I had already won. I then didn’t play the tournament for the rest of the time thinking that I had already unlocked the card, however now looking at it after losing my entires today I don’t have the card and I am no longer able to play the tournament anymore to unlock it.
