FC 26 Early Access Tournament Bug

Hi everyone,
I’m having a recurring issue — I haven’t received several objective rewards in the past two days! I won three Early Access Elimination Cups, but the game didn’t give me one of them, so I lost 5 × 75pack because of that. After I won the cup I closed the game I hoped it is just a bug. When I went back online, I saw I won the cup, (it showed Winner) but yet I didn’t get the reward!!!!
Another missing reward is the Venturing Out challenge reward. In both the Companion App and on console it shows the challenge completed, and the Diving In challenge is unlocked, yet the Path to Pro challenge still only shows 4/6.
This is a big problem. I’ve been waiting two days for the packs to arrive, but nothing so far. I also emailed EA Help but received no response.
Does anyone have any ideas?
