I'm regretting purchasing the Ultimate edition version because losing 4 full days and still unable to access Ultimate team since launch is ridiculous. Hope EA fixes this issue that is affecting alot of people but im losing hope with each passing day and unsuccessful load/freeze

I have the same issue here, installed the game and when started, it is freezing.
I updated my PS4 software, rebuilt database, deleted and reinstalled the game, but still the same

Community ManagerHi there, could you please try launching - or if needed, installing- the game from a different profile on your console to see if it works? Make sure to delete the previous save file before testing.
Also, try starting the game in offline mode first. Disconnect the internet, and once it launches, reconnect to the internet, then check if it runs properly.

Hi EA_Pulsar , I have the same problem with my PS5. I am in Australia/Sydney. It takes me like 1 hour to get into one FUT game and it is honestly very frustrating. I have filed two cases and none have been resolved so far. The game freezes, crashes, and kicked me out mid-game.
I have tried restoring license, deleting the game and redownloading, and even changed my DNS setting to see if that would work - none helped.
