Freezing issue for a sec in both Offline & Online mode in FC26

I am facing this pause issue i dont know why? my game , GPU drivers , windows 11 all are updated also tried with downgraded my gpu driver, changed the game settings to low, also reinstalled the game,reinstalled anti-cheat, Nothing spiked of my hardware while gaming, FC25 is running smoothly Game is installed in SSD, still the issue exists.

My PC Specs:
i5-12400
32GB 3200mhz Ram
RTX 3060Ti 8GB
1+1 TB SSD

I really need solution of this issue😢😢
Plz respond if any knows a solution or faced simillar issue
