Goalkeeper holds the ball 6s then kicks out of play after corners/shots

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Concede a corner, or if the opponent takes a shot on target.
2. The goalkeeper catches the ball.
3. The teammate calls for the ball.
4. Keeper holds the ball close to or at 6 seconds.
5. The keeper then kicks the ball out of play instead of to a teammate.

Expected Result:

The goalkeeper releases the ball to a teammate within the allotted time, keeping possession.

Actual Result:

Goalkeeper automatically kicks the ball directly out of play, even when a pass call is active. Possession is lost, and the opponent gains a throw-in.

Impact:

Causes unnecessary turnovers and can cost Division 1 matches.
