I won but i lost :(

I was playing FUT Champions in EA SPORTS FC 26.

In the 108th minute, the score was 8–5 for me. I scored to make it 8–5, then my opponent paused the match and forfeited.

Immediately after the opponent forfeited, I received the message:

"Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu."

When I logged back into Ultimate Team, the match was counted as a loss for me, stating that I disconnected, which is incorrect.

This was clearly a server-side issue. Please investigate this match and correct the result or provide appropriate compensation.
