Missing Content Report - I SAWDOMIE I - FC 26
To the EA Sports Support Team,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding a major technical issue on my FC 26 account. Following a sudden server disconnection on 04/16/2026, I logged back in to find that my entire progress has been wiped.
I have lost all my FC Credits, FC Points, and my entire squad of players.
I have been a loyal customer of the FIFA/FC franchise since 2017. Despite my long-standing history with your games, I have yet to receive any reimbursement, compensation, or even a proper solution to this problem.
I have attached evidence to this message, including screenshots of my account prior to the crash and my current empty balance/club. These documents clearly prove the extent of my loss.
It is unacceptable that a server-side error on your end results in the loss of years of loyalty and investment without any immediate restoration. I am requesting a full investigation of my account logs and a complete restoration of my lost items and currency.
I look forward to a prompt resolution. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.
