Missing FC Pro rewards

Hi Please look at my account. I watched the live stream of the epremier league on the 28th March 2026. I then went in to my inventory on twitch and claimed my rewards. My rewards have not synced with my EA acount on my Xbox series X.  It's been 3 days!!!  I've tried all the methods that I have been advised to try get it to sync. PLEASE HELP!!
