My gameplay is broken and EA aren't even trying to help.

I think I've reported these issues over a hundred times on ea help and was told the same thing over and over that its been reported and looked into as a serious issue. 2 weeks later the same thing is still getting said but instead now im being told to come to forums so why not even though its probably and even bigger waste of time.

• The gameplay for me is absolutely horrible, defending is non existent like at all, my players will touch the ball with a tackle even when holding R1 my players feet just touch the ball and do nothing and on top of that, when opponents rag my players about and have them stumbling all over, for some reason my players simply cant do that back? I have about 5 players with 87+ physical even a 90+ physical and yet they get man handled by sombody like a base 85 Toone and cant do anything back.
• Pace is the biggest joke ever, i have about 14 players in my club, 8 in my team/sub with 90+ pace some even reaching 95 with insane acceleration and sprint speed stats yet like I said another base card with say 79 pace or under will embarrass those players so bad like even if i have the most clear open run with nobody near the attacker, about 2 seconds later said player with under 79 pace is In front of my with the ball and even when its those players chasing the opponent instead also with quite low pace they do absolutely nothing once again and just slow down mind you ive never held R2 so hard in my life and still nothing.
• Then there's just balls defying physics by just going straight through players which has led to many goals conceded and this is one of the issues that wasn't mentioned once in the chat even though I brought it up quite alot there was no excuse for it. 

I was given some troubleshooting suggestions which as you can guess didn't do a single thing, ive changed my settings over and over and over and it made no 1 difference to the gameplay, ive deleted career mode files as suggested, ive changed my DNS in my wifi settings to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 which apparently makes network run smoother, once again didn't work. And today I was told passing is supposed to go to the wrong player sometimes but if that's the case how come these players im facing are launching the ball blind and yet it still lands spot on next to their player? 

I know I won't get a single reply but aw well, if it leads to making the game fair then so.
