New 1.4 update unplayable - FC26

Originally when I bought the game it ran fine, after around a week or so it was hit or miss whether my frame rate would drop or I would have input delay then I managed to fiddle around and get it running smoothly again. Now with the release of the 1.4 update the game has become unplayable, whenever I go into UT the menus are choppy and unresponsive and the gameplay is just as bad I rarely get a game were I can play without it feeling like stop motion - I have to mention that its only UT that does this no other online or offline game mode does this. On top of this I regularly get disconnected from UT during matches or in the menus making it hard to even menu grind. Its sad considering how much better the game play is from last year but that has come with a trade off being that the game is impossibly glitchy and buggy, I wish I hadn't spent my money on a game were I can barely play.
