Are you ever going to fix this?

People have clearly worked out how to quit the game without the match being reported. It happens so often it has made the game unplayable. At least in Seasons that is (the main game mode I usually play).

The game came out in September 2025. It's now May 2026 and the issue is still prevalent. I've been playing Seasons since 2011 and I've never known it to be this bad. In previous years you could negate the problem of unreported matches by turning off cross-play. But this year, it hasn't made much difference.

It is really infuriating too. It must be causing a lot of people, a lot of stress and conflict.

I honestly think it's totally unacceptable that you haven't resolved this issue as a priority. Why wasn't this issue a problem from 2011 to 2025, yet this year it is?

I've read online that there are videos on YouTube and TikTok where people show how to do it. I believe one of the methods is to sign out or switch user profiles on your console, possibly during goal celebrations or while the game is paused, and then to wait for a period of time (15-20+ seconds).

Can you look into this and do something about it?

I'm playing the game on Xbox Series X.
