Online Draft Gameplay Broken - Can’t Move. white indicators

Issue Summary

I encountered two separate cheating incidents in FIFA Draft mode that resulted in unfair losses and wasted FIFA Points.

Incident Details

First Draft Entry

• Issue: Disconnection exploit by opponent
• Description: A few seconds after the match started, I was disconnected from the game and automatically received a loss
• Impact: Draft run ended prematurely

Second Draft Entry

• Issue: Player control manipulation/exploit
• Description:
  • I could only control one player during the match
  • All my players had white indicators above them except one with a red indicator
  • Only the player with the red indicator was controllable
  • All other players were unresponsive
• Match outcome: Conceded 2 goals immediately at match start due to inability to control team
• Action taken: Exited the game and reported the opponent as a cheater through EA Play

Financial Impact

• FIFA Points lost: 600
• Cause: Two draft entries wasted due to cheating/exploits

hey guys, ive just tried to do 2 online drafts, the first one my game just froze so i reloaded after a few minutes and got a warning as i loaded in, lost that game 3 nil bc apparently its my fault. so i go to do another draft and in my first game on, i can only control one player 30 percent of the time i cant even conrtol one. with white arrows above the rest of my team, then all of a sudden my game closes again??? 30k gone like that. what the hell has happened?

Yes, the exact same thing happened to me in draft not even 10 minutes ago, Account I faced is on the right, PC player could be a hacker. I need my 300FC Points EA!!!!!!

Couldn’t move a single player 

Same thing just happened to me, how can I get my FC points back?

I recently paid fifa points to join a draft and when I play a match I can’t control any of my players and they all have white indicators (same that indicates which player the opponent is using) and I can’t play. 1st 2 matches it did the same thing then it disconnected automatically then the last match it didn’t disconnect and I had to leave the match

Missing content tool has helped me to claim a draft token once but i've lost 3-4 drafts in total to various bugs. So if an EA employee sees this I would like some draft tokens but this time I wasn't able to control my players. In the start I could control only mbappe and after conceding a goal the game went to this.

I entered Online Draft mode three times today and spent a total of 900 points. Despite logging in at different times, this ridiculous bug has cost me 900 points. When I enter the game, a white cursor appears over all my characters, as seen in the screenshot below. Sometimes I can control a player, and sometimes I can't. How can I fix this problem? What should I do? I am playing on pc with xbox controller. I dont have same problem on rivals.

Thanks for reporting these issues. Could you please confirm whether your games are being disconnected automatically because of this issue, or if you have to close the game manually? Also, how often does this happen while you’re playing?
