Origin screen with EA Pro, won't let me into the game

When I start the game with the EA app and my paid EA Pro subscription, after playing for months without any problems, I suddenly get an Origin screen that won't let me launch the game no matter what I do. This has happened several times. I don't think it's that difficult for a company like EA to fix this bug permanently. It's not right to pay for a service and then be unable to use it every so often due to the same error. I have all my graphics drivers, BIOS, etc., updated. I've repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, and nothing works. That screen keeps appearing and I can't log in.
