PS4 controllers don’t work on pc

When I play offline in career mode it works well but when I try to play in multiplayer the controller always gets laggy and starts working badly. Sometimes I ask for the pass on pro clubs and the text only pops up 30 seconds later and the pass comes 30 seconds later, basically when I do something it only happens in game 5-20 seconds later (I am sure it’s not WiFi problems tho). I can’t play like this pls do something
