PS5 - Players stopping in game

Playing on PS5. In the last 24hrs - players just stopping in game. For around 2 seconds - also get stuck in a jockey motion. Makes game almost unplayable as happens frequently. Happens in rivals. Used 3 different controllers to rule that out and same issue persists.

Tried 24hrs later and issue still occurring today.
