Rush ‘searching for teammates’ issue with 4 players in lobby

In Clubs Rush, when we have four players in the lobby— from PC, Xbox, and PlayStation — crossplay is enabled and Find GK is disabled, FC 26 still tries to “search for teammates” instead of searching for a match directly.

This naturally never goes through and FC 26 Clubs Rush remains stuck on the “searching for teammates” screen before giving up and saying it couldn’t find teammates. Not sure how it decides when to give up, but it doesn’t ever search for a match even though the lobby is full.

Even if we enable Find GK, the search still goes on forever, and no keeper is ever found. Essentially, Clubs Rush is unplayable with four (crossplay enabled) players in the lobby.

How is it almost the end of February, and a game that has been out for FIVE MONTHS, has yet to solve such a basic thing?!?

    Update on the bug: not an issue when the four players are from similar divisions. As below:

    1. Three players on PS5 (Div 3 or Div 4), and one player on Xbox Series X (Div 2).

    Still an issue if one player is from a lower division as compared to the others. 

    Tried and failed to get a match with the following lobbies:

    1. Two players on PS5 (Div 3), one player on Xbox Series X (Div 2), and one player on Series S (Div 7)
    2. Two players on PS5 (Div 3), one player on Series X  (Div 2), and one player on PC (Div 9)

    Clearly not just a pure crossplay issue but somehow related to Clubs Rush division?

    Same here. This issue doesn’t ever get resolved and it sucks. I have a full lobby right now and we cannot find a game
