Silver Upgrade SBC Kicks Me Out of Ultimate Team
Platform: PC
Issue:The Silver Upgrade SBC cannot be submitted. After pressing Submit, I receive "Failed to connect to EA servers" and Ultimate Team closes.
This happens on:
- PC
- Web App
- Companion App
Bronze Upgrade SBC and Gold Upgrade SBC submit normally. Only the Silver Upgrade SBC is affected.
I have already:
- Built the squad manually.
- Used different silver players.
- Restarted the game.
- Tried on Web App and Companion App.
Please investigate as this appears to be an account-specific issue.
