SP SEASON ISSUE

I play and complete got over 30k sp point my even when I get new sp point the level didnt move..now today I wake to notice the season end and I didnt get my reward unlock....also when I play rush the online work perfectly but once I play rival or and other live match my come lag that match. Is it a issue with my version of FC 26?
